A 2nd chance to celebrate IVAD2016 for those in MOHi fellow vulture fans! if you live in St.Louis MO. there's something really cool going on this saturday september 24th!!! The world bird sanctuary will be celebrating vulture awareness where you can go and meet various vulture species!!! not only that but they have lots of other cool birds there too.How cool is that!? Man I wish I lived in that area, I'd so be there!
For those interested The world bird sanctuary is open from 8am-5pm and the event is from 10am-4pm

Before we can begin our story of friendship, murder, and mystery, we must regale some history, to go to a time that is barely remembered now. We must go to Egypt, once a utopia to all walks of life, now a barren shell of what she once was. During her days of her life, the animals were the rulers of Earth. The hold their appearance of humans except for their heads. They’d obtain these bodies by creating a potion that temporarily gave them a very intriguing form.
The main ingredient for concocting the magnificent brew was one that could leave a nasty taste on your pallet, large portions of human blood. During those days, humans were the slaves of the animals and their source of the ingredient of their Devil Brew. The humans wanted freedom, but they were too weak to rise up against their oppressors. The animals were strong and mighty in this godly, so they needed to keep them weak and helpless.

Seconds A sharp flicker of green darts past the brightest blue and softest white twisting and swirling together. A whisper of feathers brushing the soft air flies on through the gentle breeze. Lost amongst the metallic green leaves is a sleek shape no larger than a cicada, blending in between the shadows and glistening sunlight cast upon the foliage. Delicate and small, the shape slips between thick brown branches, over gleaming white fences, and under black wires.
A blur of wings pressing against the air, meshing into a constant blur of velvet black and metallic green. It twists and turns and flickers on, until tiny feet cling to thin red plastic in the sweltering heat.
